My First Podcast
I often find myself giving presentations at work and I really like it. We are often challenged by the nature of our work to keep improving our presentations to convey our vision to a less technical audience. Last march while at WWW2006, Microformats’ Rohit Khare introduced me to Phil Windley of Technometria fame. He had asked Phil how much did he know about SPARQL and that he should interview me on it. At first, I did not think about it too much and accepted. A couple of months had passed and I found myself with Phil on the phone trying to explain our ongoing work on SPARQL and the Semantic Web. Now, it is finally up and you can hear it too and I hope it can help newcomers understand what we are doing a bit more. I just glanced at a few of the recent interviews from the big guys like Tim Bray, Anil Dash and Dan Bricklin and they sound great. You will definitely tell is my first podcast and I got ways to go in public speaking but it was exciting nonetheless.ITConversations.com’s SPARQL and the Semantic Web. full download
